Optical Profile Measurement – Not Just "Looks OK"
Fasteners can appear correct at a glance but fail on critical dimensions. We use ViciVision optical profile measurement systems to capture precise, repeatable data on:
- Thread geometry
- Diameters, lengths, and run-out
- Chamfers, radii, and other critical profiles
- Concentricity and form features
