How It Works

A simple, structured process from your PO in Europe to a clear quality decision in Turkey.

Share Your Requirements

You send us your purchase order, drawings or specifications, and any specific quality requirements or sampling plans. If needed, we can recommend sampling levels based on order size, risk, and past performance.

Coordinate and Collect

We contact your supplier in Turkey and organize delivery of samples to our lab, or an on-site visit for sample collection and/or factory capability check. We keep you informed of timing and any logistic constraints.

Inspect and Measure

In our lab we perform optical profile measurements using ViciVision systems, compare actual measurements to your tolerances, conduct visual checks for surface defects, and record all results digitally linked to batch and supplier.

Report and Advise

You receive a concise summary page with GO/NO-GO decisions, detailed dimensional tables and visual evidence, and clear comments and recommendations approve, hold, rework, re-source.
